  1. Hey Daddy, it's Ashley~ I just wanted to let you & everyone know that I am so proud having you as my father. You mean more than the world to me & getting that hug today from you eased my mind more then you know. You are truly an AMAZING man & I am so thankful that I have you in my life. I love you more than words can ever say & will be there every single day for you in the hospital & out. I cannot wait to have you home making us laugh every day. I can't stress to you how much you mean to me. You complete this family, you are everyone's Rock and knowing that youre going to make it through all of this makes me happier then I have ever been. Don't worry, Trisha and I are taking good care of mom... we're making sure she's eating & getting sleep. I'll see you early tomorrow morning, superman! =)

  2. *For My Daddy*

Daddy, I know when you're 100% better, you'll see this (which I can't WAIT until that day comes!). I just want you to know that you've completely changed and touched my life; ESPECIALLY my heart. I've finally came to realize that it's time for me to take charge and allow God to come into my life and take over it. You will never understand how unbelievably precious you are to me, and I have no idea what I would do without you in it. Just like Gramma said, YOU ARE MY ROCK. You are DEFINITELY not done with your work on earth, and are so very much needed by everyone. It's unbelievabe how much love and prayer is out there for you. God has carried you through this whole procedure; it has been two days. Only Two days dad, and you've never looked better! I Love You So Much Dad, and I hope you know that you've not only touched everyone's heart and soul, but you've finally touched mine & I know it's time for me to change and follow my daddy's footsteps. You're the best person I've ever known. You don't understand how perfect you are in God's eyes for him to answer our prayers and bring you through this so strong. Dad, you are SUCH AN AWESOME FIGHTER! You've come SO FAR! And I'm SO HAPPY that I've been able to be by your side while you progress more and more everyday! I Love You So Much Daddy. I can't Thank God more for the miracle he has made for me, for everyone! I've finally realized that everything falls in God's hands, and it's up to you to believe in Him to carry you through it! I can't wait to sit in Church and have you next to me thanking the Lord for every new day he gives us. God used you, the strongest man he knows, to touch not only everyone else's life, but mine!! Because he knows you're THAT STRONG to make it through this with the flying colors you've already shown!! I won't keep you too long, I just want you to know that you are my angel, and I Love You SO MUCH Daddy!!!!!!! =) SO MUCH! THANK THE LORD FOR HEALING YOU!!!!!!!! I love you Daddy! <3

    Love always and forever,
    Trisha

  5. Our precious Heavenly Father,
I thank you for Jim, I thank you for Char, for our wonderful family at Southpoint. Lord I ask you to be with Jim right now, I ask you to give him strength beyond earthly strength, to deal with this task that he has to deal with now. I ask you to be with him so he can bring glory to your Holy name in this time. Lord my brother brings glory to you EVERY single time I talk to him, every time he glows because of your presence, every time he carries out your work. Lord I ask you to continue the work in him that you have started. I ask you for complete healing and restoration. Lord there are so many people watching this, and I ask you use Jim (as he is always open and willing to allow) to bring others to you, and for your will! I ask you to be with his family Lord. I ask you to give them wisdom, and strength to get through this time. This will probably be one of the hardest times of their lives, and I ask you to do wonderful works in their lives Lord. To bless them, to love them, to comfort them, to hold them in your lap and allow them to feel your presence like never before. Please allow them to know not only how much we love them, but Lord let them feel how much you love them. Lord I ask you to be with the doctors, nurses, and all medical staff that are helping Jim. Lord you have blessed them with knowledge, wisdom, and discernment. I ask you to run their cups over with those things when they are dealing with Jim. Father I ask you to bless them with what they need to make the right decisions with Jim's care, and treatment. Lastly Lord, I ask you to use Jim during this time. You have used him so much, and I ask that you continue to do so while he is recovering. He is a WONDERFUL, kind, gentle, loving man that I truly feel blessed to know. I ask you to bless him like never before Lord. I ask you to be with him and allow him to feel your presence through his time of need. I ask you to pull this family closer together than they ever have been before, and to allow them to feel your presence during that time.
I ask all these things today in the wonderful name of Jesus,
    Amen
