Sunday

After Jim's angiogram doctor's tested his strength and he was actually STRONGER! It was also the first time Jim said he was not in any pain! The doctors said if they find these weaknesses soon enough the procedure can actually reverse and repair itself. So he may very well have several of these to ensure he can recover 100%.

This morning Jim's nurse said he rested very well last night and had a great night. This morning he is in very good spirits! What a relief to know he is doing so well after only one week!!
His appetite is back which is wonderful as now he can gain even more strength. His brother is bringing him a Bob Evans breakfast this morning, he will be very happy not to have to eat hospital food.

Thank you again for all your prayers and support!

  1. Thank you Lord! I am so happy that Jim is eating! This is great to hear! Come on Jim, you are doing so well. God is blessing you and your docs! Don't fret, you'll be eating a HUGE steak soon! Keep your spirits up! I know first hand being in the hospital sucks but just remember how blessed you are! I love you and I hope to see you before I go to PA this weekend! If not always know what an impact you and your beautiful wife on my life. Thank you for being you! Get well!

  2. Great news for today. Jim can't show up in God's house, but God is sure showing up where Jim is!

Praying for you, Jim and Char. God is in control.

  3. This is an amazing testimony to how awesome God is! It's hard for us to comprehend the strength and healing that the power of prayer and faith in Him can bring to us, but this is the exact example that helps put those thoughts to life. I've been praying everyday, day and night, for you Jim, and it's so nice to see that those prayers are being heard and with positive news- everyday! It's absolutely amazing the progress that you've made in just one week! Keep on getting that rest and taking care of yourself (don't worry about us!) - we want to see you back - healthy and happy!

    Our prayers are with you,

    David and Lacie Nash

  4. Jimbo, you looked awesome today! Can't believe you are trying to do the scheduling for the ICU unit. Told you that you have control issues. Glad you do! Love you much! See you soon.
