Doctor's Orders
We are so thankful for each and every one of you who have come to show your support at the hospital. The doctors are very pleased with Jim's progress! Tonight, Dr. Mahmood (Jim's doctor) has requested that only immediate family members come to Jim's bedside. He explained to us that Jim's brain needs time to repair itself. He wants all of Jim's energy to be focused on healing. We thank you for your continued prayers, thoughts, support, and love! As soon as Dr. Mahmood gives the okay, we will announce when the party starts once again in Jim's room!

Good morning my God!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for today. Thank you for the blessing of being able to pray to you for my brother and his family. Lord I ask you to be with Jim and his family today. As you know, the next 12 days are so critical for him. I ask you to put Jim in your hands, and personally care for him. God between his fever and his appetite, things are a little touchy right now, which we know is nothing for you. I ask you to be with him so he can rest and allow you to use that rest, the doctors, the nurses, his family, and anything else that is needed to heal Jim to where he was before this ordeal began.
God it was such a blessing this morning while reading my devotions and I thank you for the word you dropped in my lap. Paul said in Philippians 1:25-26 - "Knowing this, I am convinced that I will remain alive so I can continue to help all of you grow and experience the joy of your faith. And when I come to you again, you will have even more reason to take pride in Christ Jesus because of what he is doing through me." Lord I am fully convinced that the same will happen with Jim, and I thank you for that. I thank you for the blessing it is to know him. I offer him up to you today. Lord take that fever from him, give him back his appetite, be with the vessels in his brain, care for every aspect of him Lord. Hold his delicate body in your hands and heal him Lord. I thank you in advance for the blessings you have put on him and his family. God I ask you to be with his whole family today Lord. Please overwhelm them with a feeling of peace, allow them to rest in your bosom and be comforted by the gentle stroke of your hand Lord. Let them feel your love and presence, and allow Jim to feel your love around him. God I thank you so much for every blessing this ordeal will bring. I thank you for this family that is a shinning example of Godly presence, and ask you to bless them for glorifying your name in all they do.
I love you God and I thank you in advance. Please continue to allow your glory to be seen in all that happens.

Lord God I ask that you place a hedge of protection around Jim, his family and the medical staff working with him. Take this fever and these spasms away. Continue to heal he as only you can do. We have seen your miracles working in Jim. We thank you for your presence in their lives and know that they are comforted by your presence.
